Co-Producing The SFCM Session
Co-Producing the Fall 2022 Composition Workshop SFCM Session with Udit Srivathsan was a highlight of my Undergrad program. It was a privilege and a pleasure to work with Taurin Barrera, Matt Levine, and to serve TAC and SFCM in this role, and it was a delight to work with the students in producing an awesome recording session.
Our Lead Recording Engineer Jiahui Li rocked Pro Tools and the S6 console, while our Assistant Engineer Chanho Han helped.
Marco d’Ambrosio Conducted the session along with Student Conductors Natasha Frank and Declan McLeish.
All went smoothly and we got some awesome recordings! Thanks everyone!
Co-Producing the Sony Session
Working with the Sony Team was incredible! Marc Senasac visited our session while Pete Scaturro was our Lead Producer with myself and Udit Srivathsan as Student Co-Producers. It was fun to assist in score reading for the recording session and to oversee general production.
Daria Novo Conducted the session. Anthony Caruso and Scott Bergstrom were our Engineers with Jiahui and Udit at the Pro Tools helm for recording, playback, and listening for noise. It was insightful to work with professionals and I learned so much. Thank you Sony, SFCM, TAC, and the Herbst Foundation for the wonderful opportunity and studios!
